looking for a good workout regime for weight loss and muscle gain

hi everyone.

ill start with a bit of an introduction.

Im a 28 year old male. Im 6' 2'' and weight approx 16 stone.

I have some muscle but most is hidden by fat. Im over weight by around 3 stone id say. I carry most my weight around my stomach. Due to yoyo dieting, i gained quite severe stretch marks on my belly, sides and armpit/inner arm area.

Id like to lose weight and gain a tonned body within 9 months ideally as im going on holiday and im using this as an incentive to stick to a good workout plan.

Any advice on a good regime to stick to and/or if any suppliments could be taken to aid me, would be brilliant. Im open to all suggestions.
