Longest weight loss journey (it seems)

About three years ago I lost 30 pounds. I've had no problem keeping off the weight, but with 20 more pounds to go it doesn't seem to budge! I get out on my bike every single day for at least an hour, i run for at least 20 minutes a few times a week, I dance, do yoga and do some strength training. Overall I am pretty active. I started losing weight with weight watchers to learn what foods are good to eat and what are not, and I calorie counted for about two and a half years. I stopped because I pretty much got it under control and I'm always conscious of what I'm eating and ho My weight never really budged. I believe it's because about every week or so I would stop exercising and eat like crap for a day. It is so hard to be in college and eat right! I've researched drinks to get at the bar that are low calorie, because I only go out once a week at the most and I really don't want to drop my social life for 20 pounds. I guess I gotta keep trying. I always heard that it takes the same amount of time or more to lose the weight that you put on, and since it took me three years to put the weight on, I guess I'll just be hopeful for three years.

It's fantastic that you have lost weight by maintaining your habits. If you want to be fit always keep this habit with you always then you will not need to worry about a little weight gain you can recover yourself or resize easily.
