I joined here because I need to lose about 20 lbs. I just had a baby and luckly I didn't gain too much but I would like to get a nice 6 pack. I am totally convinced it is possible since I was there pre-pregnancy. I am looking forward to tracking my progress here. Thanks.
Good luck! Starting a journal is always a good motivator and to track your progress, you will also get good tips from people on here once you post your stats and goals and diet, etc.
