Last night, I was on the cross-trainer after my weights doing about 45 mins cardio. After about 20 minutes or so, I was beginning to struggle, energy was down and I was sweating like a pig!
Then I heard the voices in my head (not literally) saying "Why don't you just stop? You could have a nice warm shower and go home, wouldn't that be so much easier than finishing your 45 minutes?!" I somehow managed to push through and finish my set time.
Now, I can't be the only one to hit these annoying cardio walls every now and then so, how do you cope with them? What gets you through? Or, do you just quit and have that shower?
