Little tips to burn fat a little faster

I know what you mean. I've been just focusing on cardio because I've been super busy and it's really all I have time for without feeling like I should be doing homework. Summer is soon though so I'm about to add weight training back in.

Thank goodness for summer! No homework! More time! Longer days! :D
 
Mind you the only time I can really think where cardio should come first is if you're training for a race or something of that nature. Beyond that, I'd shoot for weights first. The closer to your goal weight you are, the more you should abide by this 'rule.'

Also, training selection must match goals. If you're shooting for a physique goal, you don't want to ignore weights and focus on cardio.
 
Phew, what a heated thread.... thought I saw it going South for a while there....

Hmm, I'm going to try the resistance training first, then cardio.... A 5 minute cardio warm up before the weights though!
 
just adding my own lil tip

when im on the computer i put some dance music on the itunes and dance as im sitting down, really helps tone the belly
