Linnéas journey to 56 kg

Day one!

So I stepped on the scale this morning and got a nasty surprise, since september I've gained 7 kg and I'm currently 66 kg! So I decided not to mope around and instead try and do something about it. My goal is to lose 10 kg before my holiday which is in a month and a half.

What I eat today.

Breakfast.

Didn't have time for breakfast. Bad, i know..

Lunch.

I had 2 sandwiches and some soup.

Snack.

I had some edamame beans.


And that's all I've eaten so far today, it can't be more than maybe 1100 calories? Anyways it's just 7 pm in Sweden so I haven't had dinner yet but I'm hoping i can cope without dinner tonight. I'll update later and tell you guys how it went ;)

I am also on the quest for the last few pounds (between 6 and 8 kg I'd like to lose still), but I started a lot bigger than you and I need to be thinner because I have the smallest frame in the world (I am 1.65m and probably have bones made out of air!).

Hi Camy! And thanks :) Yeah I know, those are the pounds that are the hardest to lose, but I think we can do it! :) I'm 1.74 so I don't really need to lose weight but I think it would give me back that self esteem that I use to have before I gained weight.

Anyways I'm going to bed in a minute and thought I'd just check back in here to finish my "what I eat today"


Dinner
A cup of tea with 2 sugars and a cookie.


Probably not the most nutritious meal but i was in a coffeshop with some friends and just couldn't resist those chocolate chip cookies, they looked so delicious!

Hi everyone! In school right now and thought I'd make a quick update. This morning i weighed myself and for the first time in a long time actually didn't hate myself, I've lost 0,5 kg :) And now on to my daily foodjournal.

What I've eaten today

Breakfast.

Didn't have time....

Lunch.

A bowl of chicken soup and a cracker.

Snack.

I had a bag of chocolate M&Ms. Not good!


After school I'm going straight to work so I'll se if I have time for dinner, but I will try not to snack on unhealthy things like I usually do. Wish me good luck!
 
Yesterday was pretty hectic so I just had a sallad and a muffins for dinner nad then went out partying with some friends.

The thing with going out is you get great excercise of course by shaking it on the dance floor but the drinks contain so much sugar. What do you drink when you go out that's "diet friendly"?
 
Okay so I've been kinda distant in the past few days but I'm back :) I've now lost 2,3 kg and it's going pretty good.

food diary

today I've just had breakfast which consisted of a few crackers with ham and a glas of orange juice.
