Today has been the start of my new beginning.
The past few food days have been truly appalling. My eating was out of control.. like, i can't even talk about it.
Anyway. That's in the past.
Fitness news: I cancelled my council gym membership.
In its place, I signed up to a ridiculously expensive yet gloriously luxurious health and fitness spa.
IT'S LIKE BEING AT A 5* HOTEL. Heavenly.
To make sure that I get good value from my membership, I am going to work out there twice a day.
Today I did this work out:
Morning:
10 minutes cardio
Punchbag work out
100 work Out
Evening:
20 mins interval work out on the treadmill
+++ sauna/spa time.
Food:
B - 1 cup cheerios // 100 ml semi-skim milk // Banana
S - Grande Americano
L - Bagel with tuna, red onion, rocket, peppers and chilli sauce
S - Protein shake. 1 rice cake with pnb, crudities with dip, 7 cashew nuts
D - WW quiche, baked beans, salad
I FEEL SO GOOD.
And despite eating like a beast, because I've carried on with the 100 Work Out, my butt is looking shapely and my abs are looking cut. Soooo yeh. I'm feeling positive again.
