Lifting Care Required

Howdy,

Recently I started lifting again. I used to lift quite a bit when I was in my twenties but marriage and children took over and I fell off the wagon. Through the years, I have injured my ankles making it hard to do cardio work and my shoulders making it hard to lift with a bar. I have taken to doing some high reps and low recovery times between reps. I find it hard to do any lifting with a two handed bar because of the shoulders but am finding good results with dumbells and some of the cable machines. Does anybody have any good workouts for someone with bad shoulders?
