Life will be easier if I'm just a bit lighter

Hi,
So I'm Honor, 19 years old, just off 5ft7 but last week when I weighed myself I weighed 13st. This is way more than I am comfortable with.

This week I really started controlling what I eat more.
I'm eating more fruit -- especially during the day to keep me full.

When I'm home from Uni it's hard to to eat as well as I want to.
I'm quite poor at the current time as well which doesn't help.

LAST NIGHT I was very naughty! I had a class of coke and waaaaay too many chocolates. But today is a new day!

TODAY I will ride my bike to town to get a new screen protector for my phone. My phone is a key element in my weight loss because I have downloaded My Fitness Pal (MFP) and great hypnosis apps to help me drop off to sleep (because good sleep helps weight loss)!
I will bike from town to the yard and poo-pick my horse's field.
After seeing my friend who lives close-by (I'll be walking round for exercise) I will spend at least 40 minutes listening to music whilst stretching. This last activity always makes me feels really good and relaxed ready for bed.

I hope to lose 2lbs by Friday when I go back to Uni.

So yesterday and today have gone okay;
Yesterday was a fab food day -- I ate really well and drank a ton of water.

HOWEVER today went appallingly food-wise -- I forgot to take any food to work so ended up eating unhealthily. In the future I must remember to take a banana with me! A nine hour shift on crap food is no good!

This afternoon (after an exhausting shift) I still went for a run with Colin though! Diane and Colin really motivate me/
Because I am going to Amsterdam tomorrow they have warned me to stay off the 'wacky backy' which is probably best considering the effects -- I need to be healthy to keep eating and exercising well :D
