I think it's time to open this thread because, now, i know that i've reached the "AFTER" time of my life.

I have another 6 pounds to lose but i'm not afraid because i really changed my mind.
Body treatment's time is over.
Now it's time to fix my mind, my soul and my self-esteem.

By the way.
I'm 5'1''.
I lost 30 pounds and i'm a totally new girl.

I see a big difference, truly I do. I think sometimes it's hard being shorter (I'm about average height) as weight changes look different on you than average and taller people. Your tummy is almost gone (it was quite big before), and your legs and arms are a lot more toned.

You can totally see a difference! You must be so proud of yourself, you look amazing!
I know how hard it is to lose weight and stick to it and i totally get what you mean about fixing your mind and self esteem, i have gone from 180ish pounds to 140lbs, and although i feel more confident with my body i still have a very low self esteem and really need to change this :/
Anyway congrats with what you've done, it really is an amazing achievement! :)

I think you look amazing now - what a difference! You have worked hard to look that good. Frobie, I assume your comment was sarcastic as she looks great.

That first comment is SUCH a load of rubbish. It's probably just some idiot trying to sell their diet plan. Please ignore it!

You look AMAZING! It's so inspiring to see such a loss. I can definitely see the difference! I can't wait til I have such great before and afters. You should be very very proud of yourself!

As everyone said, ignore Frobie. I've noticed he's written that on a few people's photos. As someone said, prob looking to sell some faddy diet plan

ANYWAY! You look great! I'm the same height as you and roughly the same weight now, however you look SO much more toned and slimmer than I do. I'm really envious :)

You go rock those shorts because you look wicked! Awesome work! x
 
Well, I certainly don't want to branded as some kind of sexist, so I'll just say that you look very trim, and you're an excellent example and encouragement for the rest of us. Good job.

I never post on here, but I just had to in response to that other person's comment about not seeing a difference.

I have no idea what's wrong with their eyes. You look so different, and you look very fit and amazing. I'm just a stranger on the internet but I tell you the truth - I am not one to say things just to make someone feel better.

I'm ok :D

It has not been easy to lose those pounds because i was overweight since i was a child.
it took about 5 months.
I eat about 1200 kcal/day and i work out every day.
