hello everyone!
I have been reading the posts on this forum for a while now, and have finally decided to join in! I started my new healthy life style about five weeks ago, and I have been loosing pounds very slowly (only about 3 so far). I am 5'3'' and about 145. I am a senior in college and we are provided with a really remarkable gym that is about 100 feet from my appt. So i figured that I am an idiot if I dont take advantage of that. Anyhoo I am going to be married in about a year and a half and so I have a fire burning under my butt to lose about 20 lbs!! I have been doing the best that I ever have on any diet so i am really optomistic this time around.
