Hi everyone!

Let me introduce myself first:

I've started my weightloss journey the 3rd january 2012, i think that i've had a kind of brain wave: for my 25th year i need to change! I've gained about 15kg since i've left my parent's house. Because of the junk food of my student life and the dance that i used to practise that i've stopped.

Last summer i went to Spain with my boyfriend on vacation, and it should have been wonderful unless i've felt so bad in all my clothes... :s (and above all in my swinsuit!) so my goal is to go back to the weight i was before i left my parents house (55kg) and wear whatever i want next summer!


I join the pics i've took 3 weeks ago. Yuck!

I'm 21 and I have just started with my weight loss goals. You are much braver than I am. I couldn't do my pictures without a t-shirt. haha


How tall are you?

How long are you giving yourself to reach you goal?

Are you counting calories?

Are you going to a gym or dancing again?


I have given myself 1 goal to accomplish once a week. Last week I aimed for going to the gym everyday excepting Sunday. That was just to get myself started because I find it harder to count calories, so I started with the gym.

This week: I am working on going to the gym 5-6 days a week and eating 1900 calories.

Week 2: gym,1900 calories and drink 3.3 litres of water a day.

Week 3: Continue with week 2 to get used to it.

Week 4: gym, 1900 calories, drink 3.3 litres of water and make sure I get the required amount of vegetables on the food guide.

.........and so on....


What is your plan?
