Lets DO THIS!

September 2008:

I graduated High School in June of 2008 weighing about 320 pounds, which is ridiculously huge for a 17 year old with his whole life ahead of him. During Senior prom I weighed in about at 280 lbs, which was about 3 months before graduation. See, I never did any after school activities or sports really. I played football for a bit but thats about it. All I did was come home, sit on the computer munching chips and snacks and drinking around 9 pops a day playing video games. Basically, junk food and video games ruled my life.

See now you may be thinking I don't look 320 lbs, but trust me I was. I wasn't much of a picture taker for obvious reasons but when I graduated and saw that number, I couldn't even believe in myself. Plus in the pictures above I was 280. When I saw it on the scale, I almost **** my pants. Well I worked at a pizza place with my best friend Sean. He has always been this super fit, all state wrestler, and he came to me one day and said "Look man, I don't want to lose a good friend, you are really unhealthy and I want to help you work out and lose some pounds." So after telling him how pathetic I was and I haven't worked out since freshman year then he decided he would train me and help me become the best I could possibly become. We worked out for about a year and a half and he got me down to 180 lbs. THATS LIKE A WHOLE PERSON! I was amazed, I felt better, I was more fit, and then I decided to join the USAF.

I was in boot camp for 3 months and I ended up dropping to 147 lbs! But now I felt to scrawny, Yes I was smaller but I still was not comfortable taking my shirt off. Maybe its the extra skin, or just the fact that I still have some fat and small man boobs.

I graduated boot camp in July 16th, 2010. Just 2 years after High School Graduation! After BMT (Basic Military Training) graduation I had to go to Tech School to learn my job. Which I managed not to give into temptations and get fat like all the other graduates, I maintained my weight. 5 Months after BMT graduation I got to McChord AFB for phase 2 of Phase 1 tech school.

I am STILL not happy with my body. Call me crazy but I have always dreamed of having a body like Ryan Reynolds or Sean Faris.

If theres one thing I can tell you guys, who want to lose weight like I did it would be "Be Patient, you wont get results right away, but once you see them you will have drive to accomplish more!

So stay tuned in!

You can see I still have Tiny man boobs. Which suck. And a tiny stomach. It makes me mad that ive worked this long and still dont look how i desire. So i must keep pressing on. I switched from P90x to Insanity mainly because i want to be more toned. Its just hard to stay motivated.

Well junk food and video games cannot really ruin your lives unless you indulge in them. If you don't workout and watch your diet then be prepared for the consequences. It's the choices we make each and every day.

As you said be patient. Stick with one workout program and go hard. Insanity is my type of workout. It is hardcore and straight to the point. It's about losing weight. The name of the game if you want to lose weight, become toned and build muscle is high intensity interval training (hitt). Also, how is your diet going? Stay out of Popeyes. My advice is to work hard and do not skip any days with insanity. Also eat right! Eat Right! (insanity has a diet plan)
