So i'm 32 yrs old, funny, I just responded to someones post and I think I put was 31 yrs old...my how time flies, can't even remember my age. When I was 21 is the last time I remeber being healthy and at a happy wt. of 160, always been a little chubby and extra muscular....but then met my hubby and gained some of his eating habits and had a child, which has led me to pack on enough to reach 280 (while he sat at the same weight he's alwasy been)...and all along he's never said one single comment about me being overweight. On the other hand, it's almost like i'm frustrated with his leniency....like he doesn't care how much I weigh so much that it has let me get to this point. But then I realize that is just an excuse and I need to do this for myself. Well I started my journey mid oct. and i'm down 20lbs now..set backs from work and holidays...but back on track now and ready to fight. At 260 with 100 pounds to go, my goals are to workout everyday and eat healthy at least 6 days a week, figure i'll start by giving myself one free day with hopes of weining it down to 1 free meal a week.

Welcome to WLF :) Good luck with your goals and let us know if you need anything! Be careful on your free day. Eat what you fancy but limit those portions. It's very easy to undo a weeks worth of healthy eating if you binge on your day off! xxx
