if i took out cardio and spent more time in the weightroom, while eating as much protein as i do, would that give me more of a "bodybuilder" look or will it make me just look bulky?
i don't know how much cardio your currently doing, but a lot of intense cardio does hamper muscle growth. If you want you can do 30 minutes twice a week of LISS (low intensity steady spead) cardio in the morning or an off day. Anything more than that will hamper your growth.
i do cardio about 4 times a week anywhere from 1 hour to 1hour and a half. my weight has shot down from 240 to 190 but ive been able to get my strength. now i want to get stronger and try and get more of that "powerlifter" look since my BF is pretty low
Ya I'd cut down to twice a week of 30 minute cardio and see how that works for a month or so. Then motify more or less cardio depending on the results you get.
