Leg press

I was wondering how the leg press is regarded in terms of being an effective lift. Hittin the gym every other day, with an occasional 2 day off, and I'm seeing some pretty damn decent strength gains. My weight and bodyfat have also dropped. For the leg press questions... My max right now is 575lbs, 1 rep max. I can do 3 reps at 525. I want to move to squats or deads, or something else that will work more muscle groups. The problem with squats is I simply don't have the ankle flexibilty to do them well. Any suggestions on that?

Some other results:

My bench max has gone from like 150 to 185. I can do 3 pullups, previously none. My weight was fluctuating for a while, from 225 to 223, then up to like 230, now its sitting right around 219. I am definitely gaining muscle mass, I can feel it in my shoulders, back, and chest. This is on a calorie deficit as well, working like a carb cycling type routine. Body fat is down to 18.1%, from 21%. This is all in about 1 month.
 
Good work man. The leg press is good but it cant compare to squats in my opinion. What sort of training program are you on if your on a FBW then why not alternate. As for deadlifts they arent really much of a focussed leg exercise. Most people use them as a back exercise primarily.
