Leg falling a sleep

OK I was doing HIIT training at a park and the Asphalt seemed to tough on my shins, so I gave that up rested awhile and started doing HIIT training on a Treadmill, ( 3.oMPH to 6.5MPH) anyway soon as I hit the 25 Min mark, my left leg becomes numb and when I am done at the 30 min mark I am Dizzy. Never had this issue running on the road. Any advice?

I am heading to the Jersey Shore next week (july 14th) and I will try doing some HIIT beach training while there in the AM. I want to see if I encounter the same issue as the treadmill.

But before I go anyone have any thoughts on this? Someone here at work said it might be a pinched nerve in my back.
 
Its more likely you've compressed a nerve as a result of the seat and thus producing numbess on areas of your leg. If it persists try adjusting your seat or stance otherwise you might be better of doing two times 15minutes.
