Hey guys,
I've been on a very successful cutting period for a long time...
I've dropped from 208 to 176 pounds, and have seen some major improvements... At my height and looks of my definition and 6-pack I'd say I'm around 10%bf...
However, I seem to have one problem. Even though I have lost a lot of weight, and I dont think i can afford to lose much more (getting ready for a bulk now) there is some amount of fat on my butt... On the rest of the body I look very lean, but my butt still has fat and it feels kinda soft and flabby.I also have some fat remaining above the buttcheeks and to the side..
Btw I am doing a FBW consisting of all major excercises including Squats, lunges and deadlifts....
In general, the total fat has come of a lot, but at this BF% I exepected it to be long gone... Has it got something to do with my genetics? Should I just keep going with calorie deficit and try dropping a bit more weight for some more time and it will come off eventually?
Please let me know what u think!
Tnx
