That would be great wouldn't it?? It might you know, I think there was a diet book many years ago (maybe 20 years) called Think yourself thin, I think this may have been based on a similar principle.
Well, you present yourself as you see yourself. If you think of yourself as horribly fat, you are not gonna present the best you. There's a lot to be said to accepting your body how it is (even if you are working on losing some fat.)
