Hi everyone! I just found this site, and I am hoping that I can FINALLY fulfill my dream of losing weight. I just turned 18 and I'll be heading to college in a few months, so I don't think I could've picked a better time. I've struggled with my weight my whole life. I'm not fat, but I'm definitely overweight and just want to be happy with my body. I'm 5'3 and 150 pounds. Yeah, it's not good. I'm not active and I never keep track of what I eat, but I do know that I snack too much and consume WAY too much sugar and fast food. I'm ready to kick it all to the curb and become healthier and happier. I am thinking that if I completely cut out all of the bad things that I crave and stick by it, soon enough I will stop craving and start wanting healthier foods. I also plan to start walking three times a week for 30 minutes and work up from there.

My goal weight is 125, but even 130 would be great.

Here goes nothing...
