Hi, I'm 27 years old desperete lady who wanna lose waight one for all. I have been on a diete all my life. Last time I lost 40 lbs but I put on 30 so jojo. I bought a shake and pills and starting today. I wish to lose 50lbs because I am a 187lbs. HELP ME:)
 
Well, to be honest, the first thing you should do is flush the pills and shake down the toliet. These are not things you need to lose weight. You can do this. Now, I'm not saying it will be easy and I definately will tell you that it isn't fast. Let's start with something simple. Take a bit to read several of the stickied thread that contains information as well as read some of the diaries of members to see that yes, you can do this. Your mental state is the foundation you need to start on. You seem ready so let's move to part two.

Start with a food diary, we have a whole section for this. In it, record everything you eat for a week. Don't skimp, even the little piece of cheese you nibbled on or that handful of M&Ms. This is important cause this is how you can look back and find the changes that needs to be made. I would also add how you are feeling when you are wanting to eat as emotional eating is a high reason for weight gain.

Also, start reading. Not sites trying to sell you scam weight loss plans but actual sites that can teach you what a proper portion is. Use sites like fitday.com to see the calories in things you normally eat. It is knowledge that will be your key to keeping the weight you do lose off.
 
I bought shake and pills from herbalife so I hope they r safe. I drink shakes twice a day and eat healthy dinner and in meantime I eat fresh fruits. I will try not to eat sweets coz this is my think. I'm fat because of that.
 
Well, I have very strong opinions about herbalife. The ideas I offered are to help you lose and keep this weight off for the rest of your life. Pills and shakes are short term iteas.

You don't have to eliminate anything completely from your diet. You can lose weight still eating things you want, it is all about moderation. For example, you pointed out that you eat fresh fruits..how many fruits? Cause fruit has calories too. A healthy dinner can still be calorie loaded.
