last bit of stomach fat

Hello Ive been dieting for a while to try to lose those last few stubborn pounds but im having trouble now keeping up my workouts cuz of energy. I do cardio 5 days a week and lift 3 (split routine) I burn a lot of calories because Im afast runner normally about 1500 per cardio session plus im also an aerobics instructor but thats included in the 5 days cardio. I did the 500cals under mantenance for a while which for me is 3000 calories a day and got great results but that stopped about a month ago so I tried adding an extra day of cardio but for two weeks nothing happened then the next week i tried cutting calories a bit so I went down to 2700cals a day and I did get some results the problem is when I cut the cals down it didnt have enough energy to even workout and I was always lethargic and tired even if I got enough sleep. So I dont know what to do? I dont measure bodyfat often I normally go on how my clothes feel I can tell by my workout shirts because there alot tighter. weights not an issue cuz im 185 and 6ft 21 year old male.
 
Just to throw it out there, and you likely know already, but the last few pounds can be extremely difficult to shed.

2700 cals is still plenty, even with the large amount of activity you are doing. What are you eating in a given day? Maybe you need more of a macro, specifically carbs...do you have plenty of oats, brown rice, or whole grains?
