Starting over and more determined than ever!

I'm supposed to have 20 ww points/day

I have a really bad cold atm so I have little appetite.. I'm gonna try tho!

I'm also trying to drink like 3-4 litres of water/green tea per day too!

Wish me luckkk..
 
Right.. 20 points

So far today I have had

2 x wheat toast - 3 points
2 x margarine - 1 point
chicken salad - 3 points
spicy beans with 1 x wheat toast (an 1 x margarine) - 4 points
soya - 4 points
bread and butter x 2 - 5.5 points

Total = 20.5 points

Also had 2 mugs of green tea and 10 glasses of water

Going to bed soon.. just gonna post this here so I can look back at it!

So it's only 1 day but we have to start somewhere.. successfully stuck to my diet :)

Ordered a shopping/grocery load before an it was full of healthy things! I'm excited to be thin!

Hi lally,

I absolutely love the Weight Watcher's program. It's something you can make a lifestyle out of rather then it being just a temporary diet. Keep it up and you'll be at your goal in no time. Hope the cold is getting better.

Eek.. I forgot to finish yesterday's.. I had 24 points yesterday tho and I burnt 2 .. so I went 2 over - oops

Today I have had

Turkey and wholewheat bread - 1.5 points
Yoghurt drink - 1.5 points
Quavers x 2 - 3 points
wholewheat bread x 2, turkey and light mayo - 3 points
haribo lite - 2.5 points
ww lasagne - 5 points
tangerines x 3 - 1.5 points
ww fromage frais - 1 point
turkey and lettuce - 1 point
frozen banana - 1.5 points
wholewheat bread x 2 - 1 point
light mayo and turkey - 1 point

23.5 points, and 3 burnt so 0.5 over

Not a lot but that's two days running Ive been a little over.. hmmmnn

Oh I also had 3 cups of green tea, 3 litres of water

But a cuppa coffee an a cuppa diet coke.. tut.. I'm gonna drink about another litre of water between now and bed tho I'm a little thirsty

Weight watchers chicken curry (only ate half )- 3 points
Egg whites with a little milk and LF margarine - 1 point

Chicken salad sandwich - 2.5 points
Picked at some prawn and cheese - 1.5 points
Soya meat patty with bread - 3 points
Weight watchers yogurt - 1 point

Points allowed: 19
Activity Points burnt: 4
Total Points allowed: 23
Total Points eaten: 27

I'm ill at the moment.. well I wouldn't call it an illness I dunno

I'm just permanently tired, lethargic and dizzy.. even when I get enough sleep.. I never seem to wake up. I'm going to the doctors on Monday, but I was speaking to a doctor last night and he thinks it may be a thyroid problem

Anyway, it means I have no energy to exercise and also yesterday my Dad took me for a meal (tradition.. he takes me for a meal when I'm sick and I have this meal I always get)

Well I found it in my weight watchers book and it had almost THIRTY points :|

I had no idea and I'm devatastated now because it means I had FORTY points yesterday :(
 
a thyroid problem is fairly easy to diagnose, and is treatable from what I understand -so I hope you're going in for a test fairly soon - it sucks being tired all the time.

I'm not a doctor, Ijust thinkI know everything :) you also might want to really take a look at what you're eating - I have read that certain food allergies or ingredient allergies can show themselves as tiredness and a general bleh feeling...

so you had 40pts yesterday -so what :) get right back on track today and no harm done.. :) keep going forward - yesterday is done and you can't change it -you can only make better choices based on what you learned
 
So should I try and eat less for the next few days to make up for it or just stick to my points allowance??

And about the thyroid thing.. he thinks it'll be that or an iron deficiency.. but I definitely get plenty of iron! He said it could be a number of things tho.. I have a doctors appointment on Monday :) Thanks for the help!!
 
I honestly wouldn't cut back -I find when I try to do that it just leads to a binge - instead when I go crazy one day -I just get right back on trak the next day and keep going forward... no self flaggellation about it -it happened -next time you know...

Good for you for going to the doctor and not just speculating about what it could be... :D Hope he's got an answer for you...
 
I agree, if you go over one day, don't cut back the next, just get right back on track with the normal points intake!
 
So today I have had around 25 points.. dunno whats up with me

I'm so tired all the time and lethargic so I'm just eating for energy

Also because I'm so tired I can't exercise

I feel like a big fat frumpy failure :(
 
Here is where the challenge is... when I am hungover!

I haven't been able to stick to a diet whilst hungover for about a year.. I crave greasy, fatty, unhealthy foods and I need a LOT.

I am gonna try so hard today tho.. wish me luck!
 
Spaghetti hoops on toast - 3.5 points
Yogurt drink - 1.5 points (total 5)
Quavers and toast - 3.5 points (total 8.5)
McDonalds chicken nuggets and fries - 8.5 points (total 17 points)
Chicken sandwich - 4 points (total 21 points)
 
I've just had like a 20 point binge

I don't even know why cos I wasn't exactly hungry

I was feeling really down and stuff and I just stuffed it all into my mouth before I could think twice

I feel really down now

I've only had 12.5 points.. and even those I had to FORCE down hmm

Tortilla wrap filled with LF mayo, prawns and salad - 4.5 points
Sprouts - 0 points
Chopped tomatoes with onions and chilli peppers - 0 points
2 tbsps nutella - 3 points
Tuna with LF mayo and 1 x bread - 3.5 points

Ive just had 2 handfuls of chocolate raisins.. oops

Gonna go on the treadmill shortly tho an burn em off!
