I am 5' 6" and weigh around 131 lbs. I plan to lose around 8 lbs to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. My main goal is to get back into shape, eat very healthy food and incorporate exercising as a part of my daily routine.

My diet is pure vegetarian, no eggs and no alcohol. I plan to exercise 5 times a week for 1-1 1/2 hours.

I sometimes crave soda, juice and chips which I think is the main reason for gaining weight. So, these are completely off limits.

Starting weight: 131 lbs
Goal weight: 123 lbs
 
Wow I am 5'6 also and you are already lower than my ideal weight! I'll be sticking around to see how you make out! I just can't imagine by body getting to 123 so I would love to see a picture or your current measurements - I'm guessing you have big boobs because I have little tiny baby ones and I'm assuming you carry some of your weight there. chubbygirl - My measurements are 36-27-36. I basically want to tone my abs and my legs. 120-125 is amazing weight for 5' 6". You will look AWESOME in that weight. When I was around that weight, I got compliments from everyone about that. I can see from your ticker that you have made great progress towards achieving your ideal weight... I am stunned... How long did it take for you to lose that weight? What is your dieting and exercise plan?

Being around 130 is good but I want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight just for my personal satisfaction and to again make exercising an important part of my daily schedule.
