Baby Steps
Ok, so I've done alot of thinking about my weight loss...or lack there of. OBVIOUSLY "full force" does not work for me. Its stupid, if you think about it. I've had these same habits for 10 years and I'm supposed to believe that I'm gonna just wake up and nail the new lifestyle??
SO, I think the best thing to do is start doing a Baby Steps kinda "program". I'm going to make a new healthy habit to work on every two weeks and keep building on these habits. I know it might make losing weight slower...but surely by making new habits slowly they'll stick better. If I had just done this 10 years ago I never would have gotten to be this size. I'm goign to have one goal for nutirition and one for exercising.
The next two weeks I'm going to have a healthy, well balanced breakfast. I read that you should have a serving of whole grain, dairy, fruit and protein. SO thats what I'll do for the next two weeks.
As far as exersizing goes, I'm going to spend 10 minutes on my bike, 2 trips around the block and climb the stairs twice. I know thats more than just one goal, but I know its something I can keep to.
DO you guys think I'm on the right track??
