knee problems...lower body workout

Hi, im looking for a lower body workout that wont put too much strain on my knees as they tend to become sore if worked too hard.

at the moment my lower body workout consists of 45 degree leg press, leg curls and inclined sled hack squats.
 
if your knees bother you, you should have them checked by a doc. If they are just sore, it might not be a bit deal, but it could be e tendonitis or a serious knee issue.
 
have you tried regular squats? i hurt my knee doing leg press on a hep sled type machine. I eventually got back into a leg routine with just free squats and it made my knee feel better!
