Well about two weeks ago after a nice set of squats and lunges, I noticed some pain in my knee. Its not excruciating, but it is painful when I try to straighten or apply pressure to stand. It went away after a couple days, but last week I just did squats and skipped lunges to give some extra rest. Well it began hurting again, and still hurts now. Im gonna make a doctors appointment to get it checked out, but I was wondering if anybody had something similar? I havent applied ice or anything and have no prior knee problems. ??
