Knee Pain (Lower/Front of Knee)

Hey there, for the past 2 months or so my knees have really been acting up when doing anything physical. I get the pain from trying to jump with decent force, sprinting, running, anything. The pain seems to be consistently just below the kneecap on the front of my knee.

I've been doing some searching, and my symptoms relate to those of Osgood-Schlatters Disease, but the problem is im 19 and done growing...I cant figure it out!

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks, AP.

maniscus or how ever you spell it if you google knee pain go through the result i dont remember what page but there is a break down of your knee and different areas where pain can come from(common areas) and it tells you what is probably causing the pain it told me what my knee pain could be caused from IT band (runs the length from your hp to your knee outsde part of leg) discribed my pain exactly and suggested some good stretches. no more pain.

Actually it doesnt side like it would be likely to be a meniscuc tear, more probable that you have pateller bursitis or something along those lines..

just to clearify i wasnt saying that it was his meniscus(sp) it was just the first thing that popped into my mind, at the time. i apologize for wording if that way. my point was for him to google it and he could probably find out what exactly it was based on his symptoms
