kk i know im skinny for a guy but... advice?

ok
does anyone know why when i bend over i get this huge gross blob of either skin, fat or both by my stomach?

obviously, the 1 where my stomach is rank due to my being bent over are the ones i want advice on how to improve.

i cant imagine its from having excess body fat as even when i weighed only 42kg not long ago, it still happened.

the first 2 pics were a few days ago, and the second 2 were bout 1 week ago.

obviously im still skinny, but thanks to chillen's advice (i think) im now making gd, consistent progress. im afraid to bulk up however, as i used to be overweight, with a high % body fat and it took me several years on a strict diet to lose the weight. i dont really want to be huge, but being a bit wider and a lot stronger and better toned would be ideal.

@ the moment, im doing either biceps or upper abs and either triceps/back or lower abs every day (total ~40min) and i can't do any more (parents won't allow it) but im never working the same muscle (as far as i know) for 2 days in a row...

if i think of any othe details, i'll include them l8er...

Please help me.....

That bit of skin is nothing! Man wish i had as little as you!
I dont see why that bothers you man.

To get bigger, your gonna have to eat more im afraid. Just increase it bits at a time and see how you progress.

Almost everyone has enough fat on the lower abdominal area to bunch up and make a little roll when they bend over like that. I think you'd have to be like 7-8% for that not to happen

yea bro its fat, and im sorry to say but if you try and lose it you will look like a pow. So bulk up first, dont be afraid. just eat. then worry about the fat later.

btw how old and tall are you, and what is your current weight?

what does your routine look like?

what about your diet?

post these and im sure we can help you put on some beef

im ~5"8' and 15 y/o
my weight is 55.5kg (about 120lbs)
as i said in one of my other posts, im too skint and too young to go to the gym or even buy any proper equipment.
i do 20 min in the morning every day- normally
4 min 2nd exercise on 1 side
4 min on the other
4 min of the 1st exercise
1min30 tricep dips (suspended between a chair and my bed)
3 min of the 2nd exercise (1m30 w/ 4kg weight)
1m30 tricep dips
3min on other side (1m30 w/ 4kg weight)
2min tricep dips
(exercises from this video )

then i do 10 min abs or 10 min biceps after lunch

1min pushups
1min punching? i dunno, i just hold a 3kg weight in one hand and a 4kg in the other and slowly punch, as if w/ a punch bag (q. hard)
1min punching w/ weights in other hand/s
repeat till ~10 min is up

for my abs, i do ~10min as well, either after dinner or just before going to bed
~3min30- 4min warm up of weighted crunches (4kg)
40sec weighted crunches (4kg)
40sec non weighted crunches
40 sec non weighted side crunches? trying and failing to work my obliques
40 sec weighted crunches (4kg)
40 sec non weighted side crunches other side
repeat till ~10 min is up

i also try to do my lower abs but as i have v. tight hamstrings and hip flexors, most exercises are painful and hurt my neck/back w/out working my lower abs

i walk at least 30min every day- at least 40min during term time

i maintain a calorie controlled diet of 2500kcal/day sometimes 2600 if i have done more walking/ exercise

ye...

if you need any more info just ask...

ill tell you anything

thx

my blob again

i dunno, i just hate that blob, it drives me crazy... i would do anything if it would enable me to get rid of it....

does it look worse in this pic?

stop bending over to look at it

stand up and it goes away

you have a great frame- eat big and lift heavy

if ya wanna

You aren't too young for the gym.

Yeah, you have a little extra fat there, so bulk up now and when you cut back down you'll reduce it

oh sorry.....

the kg thingys lost me

I'm not tooo smaht on body buildling. But here are a couple of things...

2 large scoops of fresh ground flax seed - makes poopin great
3 fish oils - makes breathing easier when you run
a gallon of water each day- is a staple for an athlete
chewing yer food real good is very important
and lastly

if you sweat daily- you have a great start at becoming anything physically that you want.

make fun of those nuggets if you want, but it may be some decent advice.

1. Start a FBW 3x a week.
2. Slight surplus, gain 15-20lbs slowly.
3. Cut down the fat.

The reason you have that blob is because you have a weak Abdominal core. If you try to lose weight, you'll be cutting to skin and bones.
You need to bulk up, focus on squats, deadlifts and things that work on the core, along with weighted ab work. After you've bulked up, you can cut down and because you've gained ab muscles, it would be much less apparent. When you gain enough core strength and abdominal muscle and you are able to lower body fat it will completely go away

cum on you guys, (no pun intended) i dont care whether someone huge or scrawny gives me advice, its not as if only the truly enormous are good enoungh to advise me...

its not as if i even want to become that big or anything...
just a few exercises for my legs, lower abs, obliques, biceps and anything else i missed out would be really great..

and if your not busy, then sooner rather than later would be preferrential..

thx

I already gave you the advice you needed, no one else is going to tell you something new.

read the stickies and threads and you'll learn everything. Put the time into it, and it'll put the time into you, if you know what I mean.
