Yeah last night i came to this board, i signed in on the weight loss table, I pigged out too, knowing i wasn' going to be doing that for a while. I ate a small personl pizza, a fried chicken salad from applebees(half size), 5 mozarella sticks, then about 3 slices of pizza and half of a reuben sandwich.

I woke up with a belly ache. I went and played basketball with some friends for an hour, I got a real nice sweat going from working out in the sun. Then i came home drunk about 30 ounces of water and took a nap.

I woke up ate 2 slices of pizza, and a few bites off the other half of that reuben i had. Then i played some more ball for about 40 mins, it cooled off but i was feeling lazy so it wasn't as good a workout as my first was.

I came home and just sipped on 1/4 of some cold flavored canada dry carbonated water, it has no calories, it tastes just like carbonated pop with no pop. I hate diet pop cus of the aftertaste so i just sipped on that till it was gone. Took my second shower for the day, smoked some cigarettes and came here to record my day.

I'm not going to eat anything else tonight, so i know i will lose a pound, I've did a diet similar to this when i was 15 and i lost a pound a day. So tommorow morning I'll see.
 
Wow i just loss 4 lbs from my weigh in yesterday, i guess that diet i started 3 weeks ago hasn't been gained all back. Yah!
 
I lost 2 pounds today. Today i played basketball for about 10 mins then it started raining, so i came home and did 300 jumping jacks. Then i ate 3 slices of pizza, i drank 2 22ounces of budwieser today.

Later this night i did 40 situps and 40 push-ups.
 
i lost 4 pounds today. I played basketball for 2 hours, i ate a six inch double meat seafood sensation sub with light mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions. I drank about 16 ounces of squirt with my meal, and been sipping on carbonated water the rest of the day. I'm gonna do some situps and pushups in a little bit too.

I know they say you lose the most weight in the first week or two, but i've already been doing this diet for 3 weeks, if this keeps up, i'll be at my target in 3 weeks!!

I lost 3.5 pounds today, I've been taking sleeping pills, I don't eat till 5 in the afternoon and go to sleep around 3-4 in the morning, its hard for me to fall asleep at night on an empty stomach. Then i wake up around 8-9 still hungry knowing i can't eat till 5 and knowing i can't fall back asleep cause i'm hungry. So take a pill, sleep till about 1.

Today after i woke up then I went played basketball for a hour, then i got me a six inch double meat seafood sensation with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, light mayo. I drank about 32 ounces of pop with this meal. Then i took a nap watched the playoffs and am currently drinking a 22ounce of beer. I'll do some sit-ups and push ups before i jump in the shower again. I'm still happy the weight is falling off like it is. I remember when i did this diet when i was a fat kid, the diet was the same but i worked out 3 x more and only lost a pound a day, now its 3 pounds a day. I guess when you finally do get skinny your metabolism changes, i was only looking for 1 pound a day, but if its 3 hey i'll take it!!
 
Today i lost 1/2 a pound, I ate a six inch double meat seafood sub with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and tuscon vinagarette, i also ate 8 chicken nuggets from mickey d's, with bbq and sweet and sour sauce. The nuggets tasted nasty its like i could taste all the gresy fat that was in them. Oh and i drunk about 32 ounces of canada dry ginger ale.

I worked out today, i lifted weights, i did 4 reps of 10 with 25 pounds for my biceps(curling). I benched pressed 145 pounds 30 times reps of ten. They say if you can bench press your weight your chess is in shape, i guess then i'm out of shape right now, but i'll get there. I did some shoulder presses 3 reps with 100 lbs. I cycled for 30 minutes. Then i went and played basketball for a hour.
I'm currently sipping on some raspberry carbonated water 0 calories.

I'm gonna do some situps and pushups before i take it down tonight.
 
I lost a pound today.

I wanna build muscle, that way the fat will stay off longer. If i build muscle my metabolism will speed up automatically, because muscle burns more calories than fat all the time.

Today I played basketball for 2 hours, then I ate a six inch double meat seafood sub from subway, with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives, and tuscon vinagarette. I drank some vitamin water about 20 ounces. And also about 20 ounces of canada dry ginger ale. I took two gummy flintstones too.

Then about a half hour after i ate, i went a lifted weights. I benched pressed 145lbs 30 times sets of ten. I curled 25 pounds each arm 30 times sets of 10. I shoulder pressed 100 pounds 30 times sets of ten. And did about 25 miniutes of cycling. Then i came home a drank about 20 ounces of water.

I'm gonna do some situps and pushups before i hit the bed.

I see the change in my body already.
 
I blew it today, i ate a personal pan pizza, drunk about a whole 2 liter of pop, and ate a 5 pc chicken tender and curly fry from arby's. I only worked out for about 20 minutes too. I'm not even gonna get on the scale tonight.

I'll just workout that much harder tommorow I guess.
 
I got hungry reading your post today. One day won't make a difference, in the big scheme of things. Just forget about today & move on.

Well I'm back after a 4 day binge, I gained 10lbs in 4 days, and have been dieting and exercising the last 4 days to lose it back. Well I did and I'm back to 220.

Today I played bball for 3 and a half hours. I ate 4 slices of pizza, took 2 gummy flintstones, ate a large take 5 mcflurrey, drank nothing but water all day.

Yesterday I did and icecream diet all i ate was two take 5 Mcflurreys. It worked too, I lost weight. I only drank water too that day.
 
Your back on track that is what is important. If your on a binge you can still post on here, it may even help.
