Kindle book

Heyy,

Alright, I recently got a Kindle, and I decided to try some of the ebooks on dieting and weight loss. I thought I'd try out the cheap ones - some of them are crap, no surprise, but there were one or two that seemed alright;

This one seemed the best - it's got nothing to do with calorie counting or anything, it's about like changing your mental habits to do with eating. Apparently no foods are off-limits, and as long as you only eat when your hungry and do some other stuff, you'll lose weight - I'm a little dubious, but I'm gonna give it a try. Just wondered what you guys think?
