Hey all, I've been working out tree times a week for almost two months now, but I still need some help with building muscle on my chest. I'm a college student so I've never been able to afford any equipment or go to the gym. Because of this, I've been doing some simple exercises such as sit-ups, dips, pull-ups, and various types of push-ups. The extreme sides of my pecs are fairly toned but the middle area isn't as much (sorry I don't know the terms too well). Are there any type of push-up exercises that can improve this? Oh and I have another question, I'm also a guitarist and I don't want do ruin my wrists since gigging with my band is my only source of income at the moment, would doing push-ups on my knuckles help prevent wrist injury?
