Alright, here it is, the beginning. When I started college, I was 117. I'm currently at 140. Time to kick the weight. I want to be at 120 by the end of summer. Comment/critique my methods. I have no idea what I'm doing! Haha.
Food today: whole wheat toast, soy yogurt, thai noodles, nutrition bar, 2 coffees
Workout today: 2 miles in 23 mins on elliptical, weights- legs, abs, arms. Legs @ 70lbs, arms @ 30, abs @ 40. 3 sets of 12 ea.
Goals: When I move, June 25 I will ride my bike to the train to go to work, also hoping to get another job outside to replace my cashiering one. Just interviewed Thurs so crossing my fingers!
