Key hole surgery

I had key hole surgery on my left knee on the 20th of december, i am going snowboarding on the 4th of feb and am wandering if my knee will be strong enough for it? I am doing exercises that the physio gave me at the moment but when i get discharged will i still have to do all of the exercises that she gave me to do everyday or will it be ok to go to the gym and just do squats, leg extensions, hamstring curls?

Ask your physiotherapist what she thinks. I would be wrapping the leg if you are bend on going snow boarding just to help with stabiliy. Check out on t-nation the article 18 steps to bulletproof knees as well. Your physio person should have the final say on what you should and shouldn't be doing.
