Well, this is a start, I'm getting my YMCA membership sometime this week or next week. I just wanna post this up early so I can share it with you guys. I will also have a little chart up with my accomplishment.

Keep me motivated guys!!!

Current Weight:218 Lbs
Goal Weight: 170-185 Lbs
Age: 16
Height: 5'9"
Waist: 36 1/2
Goal Waist: N/A


Monday:
Goal: Chest/Back

Cardio: 45 minutes and rest of the day play basketball

Tuesday:

Cardio: 45 min - 1 Hour

Rest of the day: Basketball

Wednesday:

Goal: Biceps/Triceps

Cardio: 45 Minutes and Basketball rest of the day.

Thursday:

Goal: Shoulder/Legs

Cardio: 45 Minutes and Basketball rest of the day.

Friday - Sunday:

Spend time with family and friends. Take away stress from workout and school.

Tell me what you guys think, and if any suggestions or anything I can add on my goals, please feel free to post and we'll discuss it haha.

Well, I started doing things again. I still haven't gotten my YMCA membership yet, but I've been doing some diet. It's very hard as of right now, I hope it gets better in the near future.
 
keep having goals. i learned thats the best way to do things. especially making them small ones. When i am home i go the Y and it is amazing! good luck with everything.

Welcome to your journal, and congrats on getting your gym membership (soon). Keep us updated on what is happening! For your goal, I wouldn't suggest having a 15 pound range.. put it at a number and go for it! Your ticker says 185 and that's great. You can always set a second goal later!

Yeah, I'm going for a short term goal first, and then long term after I hit my goal.
 
Well, I finally got my membership in today :) I started lifting some weights, played bball 45 minutes and ran for about 20 minutes, cause I started feeling dizzy :(. I can't believe it though that I'm only 1 block off from the weight I can do. :)
