Kettle bells

my sister decided to get me a i hour session with a good trainer at the gym. after a discussion on my dieting and current training he decided to show me a half hour kettle bell routine. For those who do not know what it is its basically a 25kg cannonball with a loop handle on top of it. after a routine using 3 sets of 20 fast lifts with 60 second interval breaks after each workout we acheived a total full body workout. I havent felt this fooked after a workout for a long time, very satisfying with good cardio benefits i can see myself getting stuck into this routine!
i was going to go out tonight but i can forget that idea.. now its tme for half a chicken mmmmm
