Hi to all.I am here to find some answers.I am trying to lose a stomach and get in shape for summer.I weight 190 lbs at 5 feet 8 inches.I ride my stationary bike every day for 45 min and do not stop till i get 10 miles in.It says i burn 230 calories may be more and like 70 fat calories.Whats the difference i would like to know.Remember if you do not bring it in the house you ain`t gonna be tempted.I try to bring only thing i have to cook.No bread,no sugar(carbs are a big no-no).Protein is a big help kills the craving.Well rooting for us all to get healthy. Howdy ,welcome from Ky also. I have a stationary bike to I don't do as much as you do on it but it is very good for your leggs but I don't really think it works out anything else?I know for a fact if you can get out (it will be getting warmer lol)WALKING about 2-4 miles a day really works everything great and the scale really show's.
I love the outta sight outta mind attitude it's hard for me because my kids are picky eaters and so is hubby so I am constantly surrounded by food.
