KENPO,Do you use John Mc Sweeney's tiger moves?

In the fitness world, some lucky individuals are training in "tiger moves"
created by 10th dan John Mc Sweeney, Friend to ED PARKER.
These moves are amazing, are they used in Kempo today or the military,
police units, swat ? Doe's anyone know ,does anyone use them in their
martial art ? I do & am never going back ,to the other forms of torture
we called exercise & PT in the past.
" They've been called , (The Miracle 7),I reckon they should be called the
"THE MAGNICIENT 7 ":)

Perhaps you could explane more abou these 'tiger moves'
I studied Hun gar (tiger style kung fu) for quite a while. It would be insteresting to know how new these moves are.

Dynamic tension is good for control. But only as part of a martial art.

You could never learn this as a soul exercise without doing any martial art. Even if you did it wouldnt help you.

And you can't learn it form a book as a begginer.

For strength training you need resistance, dynamic tension will not make you any more than slightly stronger.

The Proofs In The Eating

Well I suppose ,we will have to disagree on that, I can only talk from my own
first hand experience....... It's worked like a legend for me.:) this is 1 of the things i like about this site, you can dissagree, it all adds to a healthy debate. & maybe it'll help you to explore and broarden your minds." Once your mind is challenged & stretched it'll will only grow more ";)
