Today has (so far) been a good day.

Breakfast - 1 cup muesli with 1 cup light milk

Lunch - 2 tomato and onion s/w with light philadelphia spread

Dinner - steak and steamed vegetables (broccoli, potato) and mixed veggies (frozen.

Water - Drank over 1L at the gym today, and I'm having a large glass with lunch (600mL approx.)

Exercise - 15mins treadmill, 15mins exercise bike, 10mins seated exercise bike, 20mins express weights, 13mins cross trainer, 10mins swimming laps.

I weighed myself at the gym today even though tomorrow is my "official" weigh in day and it says I've lost a kilo which is encouraging. :D

Will post more later about how I'm feeling etc

For dinner - well, it wasnt quite what was planned!

Ended up having steak and a quick pasta pack with steamed broccoli and mixed veggies.

I was REALLY hungry by the time I made dinner and I know that just veggies doesnt fill me up for long so I suppose I was doing the best thing given the circumstances :eek:

I've also decided to post the table showing what I want to work up to at the gym. For now tho, I'm just starting off at a pace I know I will be able to sustain - then I'll build on that once it becomes habit
