Hello All
My name is William I was just wondering what people thought about why it is so hard to keep weight off once you lose it. The highest weight I ever got to was 360 lbs and that's when I said enough is enough so I went on a very strict diet and for the last 14 years I have stayed at about 220 I go to the doctor every year and he tells me I am healthy other than that he would like me to lose another 30lbs but other than that I am very healthy. Keeping the weight off hasn't been to much of a struggle for me but I have friends who always say how have you kept the weight off and it's really hard for me to explain that it's really not that hard. That's why I am wondering what are the hardest things about keeping the weight off once you lose it. Is it a diet, or maybe not working out, or maybe just slow metabolism etc. I was just wondering what everyone in this community thought about why it is so hard to keep the weight off.
