I was a success with weight management, I lost 40 lbs ran a marathon, ate right...and now I have gained it all back because of stress eating. (My dad got sick and my career is unsure).
I am trying to be motivated by walking everyday, but my biggest struggle is eating right. (I overeat)
I have a spreadsheet with graphs and everything where I can track what I eat. Is this a good idea?
What are some strategies people use to keep motivated? It was easy the first time as I was super motivated. I just have to get that back!
