Keeping Motivated

Ok so I've been back at working out for 2-3months now, seeing great gains, good overall bf% is down from an initial 27% to 20%...I haven't been tracking very well from the start, but with the help of everyone here I have started tracking my workouts,
I've been eating better,
and my results have been drastically better week to week.
So now I'm going to rely on this fine fitness community to help keep me motivated to get bigger stronger and healthier.

I've been trying to figure out the best workout schedule for me, it still is being adjusted, but I'm getting locked in now...
in addition to my 3 dayz per week lifting routine, starting this coming monday I'll be starting a 6 day per week HIIT program in an effort to get more lean.

Which leads to a question, Should I do weights B4 or after??

Anyway, this is the start of my diary...I'll try to update my stats weekly
