keeping mass during downtime

i injured myself pretty good about a month and a half to 2 months ago...so i went to a doctor (a very credible doctor, who happened to finish first in his class at harvard medical), and he said that i have about 2 months off of the weights ahead of me. damn. my question is, what are the best ways to maintain what mass i have right now while im out of the gym? ive already dropped from 195lbs to 188, and lost some size on my arms, and i want to keep as much as possible.

any suggestions?
