This diary, and general account, will be used as a sort of record to what I'm doing wrong. I've put on an extra 6 lbs from my lowest weight which isn't a terrible amount to most, but it does make quite the difference in my appearance and attitude. I appear to be eating well mainly and I exercise everyday (well, nearly, seeing as having a rest day is good for your muscles) but I still shift between two 1 lb-difference weights. I figure that if I watch exactly what I'm doing then I'll know what to alter and therefore be unstuck from this mess!


My biggest problem is wanting to eat even if I'm not at all hungry. A lot of this is down to boredom, but sometimes I find myself in situations when I can't actually entertain myself, which I won't go into. This is typical among people on this forum, I know. So yes, I'm going to write down what I eat exactly, how much I exercise and what type, how I feel and a weekly weigh in. Tada. All very normal diary-ish things xD


TODAY:


Breakfast; 50g oatmeal made with water, a sprinkle of brown sugar, a tiny bit of maple syrup and some raisins.

Mid-Day; a small packet of raisins and sultanas.

Lunch; Pasta with little pieces of chicken and brocolli. It wasn't wholewheat but someone made it for me >:|

Dinner; A portion of garlic chicken and some roasted sweet potato.

Extra; One iced biscuit (or cookie if you're american), some mini-poppadoms, an apple, low-fat, decaf iced coffee.

Total 5-a-day; 4

Water; 1 pint, though I will be drinking more.


Workout; I'd planned to go to the gym today but needed to babysit last minute. Instead, I'm going to do 20 mins interval training on my treadmill. 3 mins 6km followed by 2 mins 8km at an incline of 3. Upper and lower stomach exercises and arm weights. I've also walked my dog today.
