Hi all, I'm currently trying to lose 15 lbs and here's my info:
Age: 17
Height: 5"5 1/2
Weight: 135-136
I know for my height that 120 is in fact a good weight as well so I'm not going to be underweight. I've been trying really hard to eat protein and protein but nothing seems to work.
I usually weigh myself in the morning and then i weigh myself after I get back from school. During the day I eat mostly protein and very minimal carbs as well as drinking some water.
I know that we're supposed to drink 8 oz of water a day but I find it ridiculous. I end up going up 5 lbs on the scale and never lose it back. I'm serious. I also have a problem where I don't seem to go to the bathroom (#2-wise) a lot. I go once a week, twice if lucky...
Anyway, no matter what I do, I keep gaining weight! I haven't been on the strictest of diets but still, I went up 6 lbs since January :'(
