Well, today is the big day. I'm changing my eating and exersising habits for the rest of my life. I have tried before and have given up but not this time! I will not give up on myself because I can't, this is for me. I want to turn heads when I walk down the street. I don't want to be alone for the rest of my life. I have never had a boyfriend and I'm getting close to being 21. I want to find someone. Most importantly, I am doing this for me so I feel better about myself.
I got on the scale and my starting weight was 221.2 about 9 pounds lighter than what I thought I was so I'm off to a good start. I have plans to exersise five times per week on my treadmill and I'm counting Calories as well. I'm hoping for the best! I'll be writing again in here next Tuesday.
