Hello everyone, thanks for reading!

My name is Kay, and I'm 23 years old, working a living in the beautiful Yorkshire.

So I've always had a weight problem since my teens really. Last Christmas, I got sick of my crappy self esteem and not feeling fit and healthy, so I decided to do something about it!!! At the time I was 4ft 11in and weighed 12 stones - very overweight! I looked like this:

So while visiting my mum in America for 6 weeks, I hit it seriously hard and managed to lose a stone!!! Now I look like this.

So now I want to lose a further two stone to get down to a healthy, curvy weight. I DO NOT want to be unhealthy or stick thin, just happy and healthy. The picture below is a picture of me at 16 at my prom. I'm in a size 8 dress This is my aim, I want to get back to this.

But, as I said, my weight has fluctuated since my teens. At my prom, I'd literally just gotten over a virus and hadn't been able to keep down even water for four weeks!!! I want to be this size again, but in a healthy way! I want to get fitter at the same time as losing weight. Now, it's really difficult working in an office. It's always someone's birthday or something, anyone who works in an office knows what it's like! And I really struggle with will power. I'm swimming twice a week, doing one dancercise class each week, going walking, out on my bike, horse riding etc., it's the eating habits that get me :/ If anyone has any advice, especially regarding staying fit and healthy in terms of finding time to exercise and eating right while working in an office, then I'd be extremely grateful. Motivation also very very welcome! As I said before, will power is not my strong point.

Love you all! Thanks xxx

I would say start logging everything you eat, its easier not to pick up a cake or biscuit when you have to count it :) Also don't feel bad over a bad day, think of what you eat more on a weekly basis and as long as it balances out you're finex
