I am currently following the biggest loser plan, the fitness book has a circut training that I do, two reps of 12 of each exercise. I did that today plus 32 minutes on the treadmill. I started at 2.5 and got to 3.5 mph. My eatting and water drinking has been on point today. The only thing with the eatting is I don't think I am getting close to hitting 1500 calories a day which is what my target is. My mood is depressed. I don't know why it is, I just am. It's great that I am keeping on I just don't know why I feel how I do.
