Hey my name is Kate welcome to my journal! Im currently at the begining of my weightloss journey. Ive done the whole yo-yoing ordeal for so long with no success. I am finally ready to bite the bullet and live a healthier and happier lifestyle. I made myself a meal plan that i will follow to help me get back in the swing of eating healthier. So here it is:

Breakfast- Bagel with PB, Apple - 310

Morning Snack- Clemintine & Granola Bar - 225

Lunch- Fish or Chicken with Veggies & Rice - 325

Afternoon Snack- Salad with Caesar Dressing(evo mixed in) & Carrots with Humus - 225

Dinner- Fish or Chicken with Veggies & Rice (which even wasn't eaten at lunch) - 380

Evening Snack- Fruit Smoothie - 130

TOTAL: 1,600

Here are my starting stats and pictures:

Starting Weight: 143lbs

Goal Weight: 125lbs

Measurments:

Arm: 11
Chest: 34
Waist: 28
Hips: 36
Thighs: 25
