In 2005 I lost 56 lbs. I maintained the weight but over the past couple of months I've regained 18 lbs. I just want to lose it again and then I'll be happy.
 
Breakfast: Beans on wholemeal toast

Snack: Tuna with mayo and some cucumber crudites, an apple

Lunch: Ham and pineapple pizza with LF coleslaw

Snack: 2 apples

Dinner: 2 vegetarian sausages with baked beans and chopped chilli peppers

Drinks: 13 mugs of green tea

Total calories: 1367
Total portions of fruit/veg: 5
Total grams of fat: 32
Total grams of fibre: 34

Do you know where you went off track initially and regained the weight you worked so hard to lose?
 
Wow, how did you lose the 56? You sound quite experienced of a "dieter" starting right off with counting your calories and all :). Mal did ask an interesting (if provocative LOL) question about how you re-gained the 18. That is something we all need to be mindful of and understand if we want continued success. Best wishes on your plan!

I just got sloppy and pretty much stopped caring and ate what I want! Stupid I know.

As for yesterday, I failed. I ended up being persuaded into going to the pub about 10 mins after I posted what I'd eaten. So my cal intake ended up more like 2000 and seeing as I only need around 1650 to maintain my weight, that sucks :(

Oh well.. today is a new day and all.
 
Yesterday..

Breakfast: 3 x wholemeal toast with low fat spread
Lunch: Heinz spaghetti on a slice of wholemeal toast
Dinner: Chicken salad with reduced cal mayo
Snacks: Cheese string, handful dried fruit, 2 apples
Oopsies: Fun gums candy
Drinks: 9 mugs of green tea and 4 glasses of water
Fat (g): 34
Fibre (g): 24
Total cals: 1308
